Awesome to See

September 9, 2009

A few weeks back I wrote a rather frank commentary on the state of the ELCA and I stand by that post.

However, there are many things right with the Lutheran tradition.  The LCMS church, which is seperate from the ELCA church, has a great biblical, orthodox, evangelical history (full disclosure:  I grew up in the LCMS church and most of my family is a part of the church to this day) that dates back to mid 19th century.

Check out the following video from Grace Lutheran Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  It is worth noting the exceptional quality (HD) of the video as well as it having an incredible message.  It is refreshing to see the LCMS church embracing things like technology and reaching out to small, young families.
